【摘要】:ThispartofISO10540specifiesamethodforthequantificationofphosphorusinoil,whichislimitedtooilswithlowphosphoruscontent,withoutanyturbidityorvisiblesediment.Dependingonthedilutionsolventused,mosttypesofvegetableoilscanbeanalysed(crude,degummed,refined,bleached,deodorizedandhardenedoils)andnearlyalltypesoflecithinsandphosphatides.Thismethodisonlysuitablewhenphosphorusispresentinasolubilizedform.Whenitispresentasfineparticles,suchasbleachingearth,ICP-OESanalysisresultsinpoorrecoveryasaresultofnebulizationandatomizationproblems.Theonlysuitablenon-ashingdirectmethodforthesesamplesisgraphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry.ISO10540-1isthereference(colorimetric)methodforthedeterminationofthephosphoruscontentinfatsandoils.
