适用范围
本标准规定了氦氖激光器的腔长系列和与之相对应的输出功率系列，同时提出了典型的产品型号；另外还分别规定了起辉［着火］电压、预热时间、输出功率不稳定度和消光比的系列值。本标准适用于工作波长为632.8nm连续波工作的激光器。本标准不适用于稳频激光器和其他特种类型的激光器。
